The successful candidate will bring supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a team‑oriented attitude, with compliance to police checks and relevant health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
• Care for the Elderly experience
• Knowledge / experience of health and safety legislation

Responsibilities

• To manage overall cleanliness and hygiene of the Care Home.
• To manage, and participate in, the cleaning rota.
