Green Man is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead and train a kitchen team, ensuring high standards on a branded menu and maintaining strict health and hygiene practices.

You’ll work in a role that drives targets with your team, supports food ordering and stock control, and provides opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butlers’ brands.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading a kitchen team or supervisory role.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on health and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver excellent food.
• Assist in achieving targets with the team.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and menu execution.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
