Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.

• Help achieve targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and standards.
• Oversee health and hygiene practices within the kitchen.
