Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Willingdon Drove in Eastbourne. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, train the kitchen team, and master the branded menu while delivering great food.

You will drive targets with your team, assist with food ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This role is permanent and part-time.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
• Passion for training people and staff development.
• Ability to manage stock and food orders.

Responsabilidades

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
