Job summary

Center Parcs Sherwood Forest is seeking a Kitchen Steward / Porter to support the main kitchen team. The role covers waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot-washing equipment to maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen environment.

The position is part-time with a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over 4 weeks, with potential for additional hours during peak times. Includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
• Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
• Sweep, mop and operate pot-washing machinery
