Qualifications

• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen, utensils and equipment are cleaned and hygienic.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed.
• Manage dishwashing and waste disposal efficiently.
• Keep cleaning supplies stock and report shortages.
• Follow food safety and health & safety regulations.
