Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face serving customers and assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
• Open and close the store and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock and keep the store clean and organized; prepare orders.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
• Deliver outstanding service even during busy times and ask the right questions to assist customers.
