Kurt Geiger in London is seeking friendly, fashion‑savvy retail staff to deliver exceptional service at our flagship stores. You will welcome customers, guide them to products, and help them find the right fit while maintaining brand standards.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, till operations, and promotions, while staying motivated by targets and using the loyalty program benefits to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for opening/closing till and store security in absence of senior team
• Welcome clients, understand needs, and guide product choices
• Manage stock: stockroom, pair-checking, replenishment, shop floor standards
• Support management by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Share Kurt Geiger loyalty program details and encourage participation
• Assist in planning promotional activities
• Maintain uniform standards and brand representation
• Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador

WE NEED YOU TO:

• Consistently deliver exceptional service
• Responsible for holding keys for the store and ensuring the security of the store at opening and closing in the absence of the senior management team
• Responsible for opening and closing of the till system
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained
• Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
• Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand)
• Regularly participate in and encourage training activities to become a confident brand ambassador
