Job summary

A supportive charity organization in Bradford is seeking an Independent Sexual Violence Advocate to provide trauma-informed support to survivors. This part-time role (up to 18.75 hrs/week) offers a salary of £27,554- £28,735 pro-rata. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting trauma survivors and a good understanding of the criminal justice system. Qualifications

  • Experience supporting people affected by trauma, domestic abuse, or sexual violence.
  • Strong team player with tact and diplomacy.
  • Good understanding of the criminal justice system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered, trauma-informed support to individuals.
  • Help survivors navigate the Criminal Justice process.
  • Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure client advocacy.
