Part‑Time Inside Sales Executive

Location: Morley, UK
Hours: 16 hours per week (Thursdays & Fridays)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (FTE) — pro‑rated for part‑time hours
Partnership: Working in collaboration with a global distributor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products within the distributor's portfolio
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and pipeline management
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets aligned with business objectives
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales activity and customer feedback
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive, target‑driven mindset with excellent organisational skills
