Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is recruiting a part-time In Store Cleaner for Sainsbury's Darlington store on a permanent basis. You will work 15 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.71, with various shift patterns including early morning, evening and weekend slots.

Immediate start available and overtime opportunities are possible to increase hours. Responsibilities include operating cleaning machinery, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
• An eye for detail and cleanliness
• A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
• In-store cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies when required
• Work outside to keep trolley bays clean and free of leaves and debris
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
