Job summary

A healthcare organization in St. Austell is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join their friendly HR team. This role involves supporting recruitment, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR processes. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role in HR, preferably within healthcare.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment process including updating job descriptions.
  • Set up and maintain personnel records in line with GDPR.
  • Monitor and record training completion for staff.
  • Provide payroll data to the finance team.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritise workload
Experience of Teamnet

Education

GCSE grade C in Maths and English or equivalent
CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards
