Job summary

Trinity Hall in Cambridge is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain residential and communal areas to high standards. The role involves cleaning for students and Fellows, bed-changing during conferences, reporting faults, and adhering to health, safety, and fire regulations.

The position is based mainly at Thompson's Lane with a four-month probation and interviews on 22-23 October 2026. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (20 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide a cleaning service to our students and fellows.
• Provide a cleaning and bed-changing service during conference periods.
• Report any faults in furnishings, decoration, fixtures and fittings.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations to ensure safe working practice.
• Ensure that security measures and fire regulations are complied with by other people using College premises.
