Job summary

Homes for Students is recruiting a part-time Housekeeper for Dean House in Lewisham. The role involves cleaning common areas to a high standard and delivering friendly, responsive service to students in residence.

You will perform planned and reactive cleaning across student buildings, replenish consumables, and support a smooth summer turnover process between intakes. 16 hours per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to contribute to targets and deliver excellent results.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide an outstanding customer service.
• Effective team member with a flexible approach to work and colleagues.
• Ability to undertake manual work to a high standard.
• Commitment to undergo further training through operational requirements and personal staff development.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas to a high standard to provide a great first impression.
• Replenish consumables to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with summer turnaround and preparing for next intake.
