Job summary

FirstPort is looking for a friendly Housekeeper to contribute to our vision of delivering exceptional service within residents' homes and communal areas in Woking. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

Reporting to the Head Housekeeper and Estate Manager, you will join a team focused on high standards, reliability and attention to detail, providing responsive housekeeping across developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within a team environment.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service focus and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust and spot clean common areas and entrances.
• Service residents' apartments including linen changes and rubbish removal when requested.
• Deep clean communal areas and apartments as needed.
• Complete other tasks following training guidelines.
