Job summary

Sewell Group in South Cave, East Yorkshire, is seeking a part-time retail assistant for 24 hours per week. Shifts run Thursday to Sunday, 10.00am-4.00pm at the site on Brough Road.

You will provide customer service, clean the kitchen, prepare food, monitor the forecourt, handle cash and support stock and security while ensuring a welcoming store environment. Offering £12.90 per hour, paid weekly, with up to £500 bonus per year, plus a 10% in-store discount and access to retail discounts.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing world-class customer service
• Cleaning the kitchen
• Preparing food
• Monitoring the store and forecourt
• Authorising fuel pumps and serving customers
• Handling cash
• Assisting with stock, such as deliveries, re-stocking shelves, rotating stock, date checking
• Providing advice to customers on shop products, services and offers
• Keeping the whole site looking clean and tidy at all times
• Be aware of security within the store and on the forecourt
• Providing support and cover for holidays and sickness when required
• Regular training to support your role development
• Some sites/shifts include lone working
