We’re looking for a warm, welcoming Host to join our family‑run wellness centre in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. This role is perfect for someone with good communication skills, a friendly personality, and a genuine interest in people and wellbeing.

About the Role

• Potential for weekday/evening shifts for the right candidate.
• Meet and greet clients, helping them feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
• Listen to clients’ post‑float experiences and engage in positive, supportive conversation.
• Support with bookings, answering phones, and responding to email enquiries.
• Prepare float and therapy rooms between clients, following cleaning procedures (full training provided).

• A natural communicator with charisma and genuine warmth.
• Good listening skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable.
• Reliable, friendly, and aligned with our values of health, wellbeing, and care.
• This role may particularly suit people with hospitality experience, or having worked in the Care Industry previously, or customer services.
