Job summary

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd seeks a part-time Domestic Assistant at Ellen Badger Hospital. The role entails delivering a high-quality domestic service, cleaning patient and staff areas, and supporting the Facilities team with flexibility to cover early shifts.

Training will be provided, and prior NHS exposure is advantageous but not required. The successful candidate will join a team focused on patient comfort, cleanliness, and a friendly presence across hospital environments.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of working as part of the Facilities team.
• Previous NHS experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Willingness to train and learn new tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality domestic service for patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in line with policies.
• Carry out cleaning tasks in patient and non-patient areas as required.
• Assist with meal and beverage services if needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and hygiene standards at all times.
