Job summary

Home Instead Senior Care is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship for older people. You will visit clients in their own homes to provide personal care, medication support and engaging companionship, with a minimum of one-hour visits to allow meaningful connection.

No previous experience or qualifications are required as we offer industry-leading training. This role suits someone who is reliable, respectful and enjoys helping others, with flexible, regular part-time

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full industry-leading training provided.
• Minimum one-hour visits to clients in their own homes.
• Reliable, respectful and compassionate approach is essential.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and work in a domiciliary setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities as required by the client.
• Support with medication reminders and safe handling where appropriate.
• Document care and communicate with the care team to ensure client well‑being.
