No prior care experience is required as full paid training and ongoing support are provided. Roles offer 8–20 hours per week with flexible patterns and a friendly local team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable and patient demeanour; strong communication and reliability.
• Happy to work in clients' homes and travel between visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Meal preparation and medication support as needed.
• Carry out light household tasks and shopping for clients.
• Support with daily routines and encourage independence.
