Job summary

Enable is seeking Personal Assistants to provide care at home in Dundee. This part-time, permanent role covers evenings and weekends across Dundee & Angus, with driving being essential. Training is provided; no prior care experience is required beyond a caring, values-driven approach.

You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and day-to-day tasks, supporting individuals to achieve goals and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• You don’t need experience in care; values and transferable skills matter.
• Ability to adapt your communication style to build relationships with the people we support.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed (shifts available).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support moving and handling and implement positive behavioural support.
• Help with meal preparation and medication administration.
