Threeways Surgery is seeking a Health Care Assistant for a part-time afternoon role in its clinical team. The position focuses on phlebotomy, ECGs, blood pressure and observations, NHS Health Checks, and simple wound care, working 14:00–18:00 on weekdays.

Applicants need at least two years’ experience in a GP surgery or hospital and competence in phlebotomy. NVQ Level 2 or 3 is required.

Qualifikationen

• Two years' experience in a GP surgery or hospital environment.

Aufgaben

• Perform phlebotomy.
• Take blood pressure, pulse, temperature and oxygen saturation readings.
• Undertake ECGs and basic observations.
• Carry out NHS Health Checks and simple wound care.
• Prepare clinics and treatment rooms; update patient records.
• Assist GPs and nurses during examinations.
