Job summary

Harvester in Aintree Park is seeking a part-time Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the floor team and ensure excellent service during busy shifts. You will supervise and guide the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will train and inspire colleagues, support day-to-day operations, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while working within a welcoming team environment at Harvester.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to train and mentor a service team.
