Mitchells & Butler PLC in Rickmansworth is seeking a Part Time Head Bartender to lead a bar team, act as a mixologist for our drink offering, and support the General Manager with stock orders.
You will maintain high standards, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive training and development. The role includes flexible shifts, staff discounts, and other benefits from across the Mitchells & Butler brands.

As a Part Time Head Bartender atMiller & Carter - Rickmansworth, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a
team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar
is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your
example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar
team to success.
