Job summary

The Uplands Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and patient focused Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 3 sessions a week, on a 6 month fixed contract. Qualifications

• Medical degree MBBS/MBChB or equivalent.
• Full GMC registration with Licence to Practise.
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
• MRCGP qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe safely within current guidelines.
• Manage patients with long-term conditions and complex needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS Web.
• Refer to secondary care and community services.
• Support safeguarding and governance activities.
• Contribute to QOF/enhanced service targets.
