Part Time Front of House Receptionist - Romanian Speaking

Prestige Recruitment is currently recruiting for a part-time receptionist to join our team in Hull city centre. The role offers a salary of £12.21 - £12.50 per hour, with working hours from 09:00 to 14:30, Monday to Friday. This is an office-based position.

The ideal candidate will have a background in reception, administration, or recruitment. They should be immaculately presented, an excellent communicator, and highly organized. Given our diverse workforce, confidence in interacting with people of different nationalities is essential, and fluency in Romanian is required for this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Meeting and greeting visitors, partners, and clients
  2. Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  3. Maintaining a clean and professional reception area
  4. Booking and managing meeting rooms
  5. Performing Right to Work checks
  6. Managing post and deliveries
Candidate Requirements
  1. Receptionist or recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory
  2. Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner and face-to-face interaction
  3. Proactive attitude and initiative
  4. Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office programs like Excel
  5. Ability to handle a busy and sometimes challenging environment
