Job summary

JD Gyms in Leeds is seeking a part-time Fitness Coach to join our award-winning gym chain. You’ll work 12 hours a week across three 4-hour shifts, earning a monthly salary while also running your self-employed Personal Training business from the same club, gaining access to thousands of leads.

As part of a driven, customer-focused team, you’ll deliver welcoming member experiences, run group classes, and ensure high club standards.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• Passion for fitness and helping people.
• Able to adapt communication styles to meet different members.
• Flexible hours and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise their experience.
• Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in line with brand standards.
• Lead engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Deliver informative member inductions.
• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness to the highest standard.
