  • Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including system migrations.

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a flexible working leadership role in a well‑established, community‑focused business? iMultiply is delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering essential services across multiple locations.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role where you'll take ownership of financial operations across a multi‑site business. You'll be responsible for accurate financial reporting, managing relationships with suppliers, and supporting senior management with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.

The role also includes leading change initiatives, such as migrating legacy systems to modern cloud‑based solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and VAT returns.
  • Oversee accounts payable and supplier relationships.
  • Support annual audit and statutory accounts preparation.
  • Collaborate with senior management on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Drive change management projects, including system migration.
The Person

We're ideally looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent with proven experience in a similar role. You'll have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. Experience with Sage and cloud‑based accounting systems is highly desirable.

  • Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 FTE (depending on experience)
  • Part‑time hours (1 day per week in the office)
