Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process purchase invoices using Sage 50.
  • Generate and send customer sales invoices.
  • Manage credit control.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues.
  • Monitor the accounts inbox.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with financial reporting.
  • Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
  • Upload updates to SharePoint and internal trackers.
  • Enter supplier/bank payments in Sage.
