Job summary

A charity organization in Worksop is seeking a Female Finance Administrator for a part-time role (32 hours per week). Qualifications

  • Experience in financial and accounting procedures.
  • Knowledge of wage production.
  • Excellent IT skills including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in preparing monthly management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Collating and processing timesheets, sickness and annual leave forms.
  • Preparing contracts of employment.
  • Preparing agendas for management meetings and producing minutes.
  • Providing monthly reports on financial performance against budgets.
  • Chasing delayed payments.
  • General admin duties including answering phone calls.

AAT Level 2 or equivalent
