Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to support a retail client across three locations in Colchester area. The role focuses on in-store presentation, POS compliance, and merchandising standards. Travel between sites and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Hours total 11 per week (Thu 9:00-16:30, Fri 9:00-13:00). Start date 17th September for training. The position offers 12.71 per hour plus holiday entitlement, pension, and Adecco benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel between locations in the region.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and POS standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete audits of POS material to assess visibility and opportunities for improvement.
• Carry out compliance checks across retail spaces.
• Ensure products are displayed neatly and in line with merchandising standards.
• Confirm correct POS materials are used in each store.
• Identify and report issues related to presentation, stock placement or compliance.
• Build positive relationships with store staff during visits.
• Report findings after store visits when required.
