A leading support organization is looking for a part-time Female Support Worker in Mold, Wales. Mencap have a part‑time (16 hours) Female Support Worker position available to join our incredible team in Mold, Flintshire. As a Female Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities. Your key responsibilities include:
Contract options: Part‑time (16 hours). Shifts: The services are 24hr care. Rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life. There is a non‑contractual sleep‑in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.

Please note: This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for a Health and Care visa under the UK Skilled Worker route, as set by the Home Office. Mencap is a licensed sponsor but we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
