Overview

Receptionist Role! Location: Great Western Hospital. Hours: 11:00 - 19:00 (Monday - Wednesday or Thursday and Friday). Hours per Week: 22.5 hours a week - Part Time.

Are you ready to take on an exciting role in the public services sector? Our client is looking for a dedicated Site Services Representative to join their dynamic team in Great Western, Swindon. Responsibilities
  • As a Site Services Representative, you will be at the heart of operations, connecting and transferring internal and external calls while ensuring seamless communication throughout the organisation.
  • Operating the Bleep and emergency phone systems to ensure timely response to incidents.
  • Managing emergency systems and alarms, notifying the appropriate teams for corrective action.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date On-call listing for doctors and essential staff.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of administrative systems for effective information management.
  • Providing excellent helpdesk support, processing face-to-face requests efficiently.
  • Handling the production and issuance of Keri Security access badges within 24 hours.
  • Logging relevant information into the CARPS database to facilitate information transfer.
What WeEre Looking For
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Experience with switchboard systems or call centres is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a keen attention to detail.
