The role includes maintaining cleanliness and adhering to infection control policies, with training provided on induction. Catering duties include regenerating meals, preparing salads and snacks, and ensuring laundry services meet the National Cleaning Services Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with local infection control policies and Waste Regulations.
• Carry out Catering duties including regeneration of meals and preparation of salads, sandwiches and snacks.
• Support Laundry services to NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications.
• Work on a two-week rota including weekend cover as required.
