Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards at Boots, Canterbury. The position is permanent, part-time (18 hours per week) with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The role requires adherence to cleaning schedules, SLAs, and health and safety training. You will work both independently and as part of a team to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
