Job summary

Vertices Cleaner position at Ver tas is a part-time role based at Ashbourne Hub (DE6). You will maintain cleanliness across toilets, offices, corridors, and reception areas, with duties including wiping desks, windowsills, and general cleaning. The role runs 7 hours per week, across Mon-Wed 4pm–5:30pm and Thu-Fri 4pm–5:15pm, year-round.

The ideal candidate has a passion for cleanliness, good time management, and strong communication. DBS check is required or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Enhanced DBS check is required - if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it.
• Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting.
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
• The ability to make the best decisions with Vertas in mind.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning toilets, offices, corridors, and reception area.
• Wiping down desks, offices, tables, windowsills, ledges, etc.
• General cleaning duties across offices and communal areas.
• Hoovering and mopping floors.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
