Cr8tive Realty is expanding our team! We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to help us grow our network of talented real estate professionals.

This part-time, commission-based position is perfect for someone with proven recruiting experience who’s passionate about connecting people, building relationships, and helping others succeed in real estate.

Compensation- Performance-Driven, Commission-Only Role with Earning Potential Exceeding $100,000

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified real estate agents and support staff.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress using our internal systems.
• Promote Cr8tive Realty’s culture and values to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or real estate recruiting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with CRM or recruiting platforms is a plus.
