Equans is seeking a Part time Evening Cleaner to join our team at Southern Water, Durrington (BN13 3NX) on a permanent basis, for 10 hours per week. The role offers a salary of £6,994.00 per annum and a benefits package.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 17:30–19:30, with duties including daily office cleaning, toilets and kitchenette areas, and replenishing consumables. Candidates should have at least 2 years cleaning experience and be able to communicate politely with staff and visitors.

• Minimum 2 years’ cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of colour coding is required.
• Polite communication with staff and visitors is essential.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are essential.

What will you deliver

This position provides a daily office cleaning service to the required standard, as outlined by the Cleaning Supervisor. This will include male & female toilets and kitchenettes and the associated replenishment of consumables.

Who are we looking for

Candidates should be physically fit and capable of handling a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis.

They should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cleaning role, with knowledge of colour coding.

Applicants must be able to communicate with colleagues, staff and visitors in a polite manner.

Good timekeeping and attendance is essential.
