A legal recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Employment Solicitor to deliver expert HR legal advice. This is a new role that offers the chance for a permanent position after a successful 12-month contract. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on employment matters, drafting documents, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in employment tribunal cases and excellent communication skills. The role includes hybrid working and a competitive salary of up to £55k pro rata.
Part time Employment Solicitor is required for our Chelmsford-based client, on a part-time,fixedterm contract initially. However, once you have proven yourself within the company, there is the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff. This is a brand-new position for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make their mark in providing legal HR employment advice to the internal HR team. In your role as their Employment Solicitor, you will deliver expert, timely and strategic advice on employment matters, supporting and managing complex people issues, ensuring legal compliance, reducing litigation risk, and enhancing internal capability through training, policy development and continuous professional development.
