Employee Relations Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract)

Are you passionate about people and problem-solving? We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract working 22.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Absence management, welfare, and OH referrals
  • AWOL, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases
  • Appeals and flexible working requests
  • Promoting proactive absence management and smooth return‑to‑work processes
  • Supporting mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate case documentation in our case management system
  • Acting as the first point of escalation from ER Assistants
What We’re Looking For
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Solid ER advisory experience and knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in a shared service centre (a plus, not a must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
