Employee Relations Advisor (Fixed-Term Contract)

Remote (UK-based) | Part-Time | 22.5 hours/week

Are you passionate about people and problem-solving? We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic team on a 6 month fixed-term contract to work 22.5 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our ER Hub, you'll provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across the UK and ROI on a wide range of employee relations matters, including:

  • Absence management, welfare, and OH referrals
  • AWOL, performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases
  • Appeals and flexible working requests
  • Promoting proactive absence management and smooth return-to-work processes
  • Supporting mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Ensuring accurate case documentation in our case management system
  • Acting as the first point of escalation from ER Assistants
What We're Looking For
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Solid ER advisory experience and knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in a shared service centre (a plus, not a must)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
