Job summary

Uxbridge College in Greater London is seeking a part-time Lecturer in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The role teaches across Level 1–5 courses, including EAL/BTEC Foundation, Diplomas and HNDs, on a 28.8 hour-per-week schedule, Monday to Thursday, at the Uxbridge Campus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related area.
• Teaching or training experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Deliver a range of technical subjects in Electrical/ Electronic, Control and Computer Engineering - e.g. embedded systems, programming (C, Java, Python, SQL), data and telecommunications, networks, PLCs and control systems.
• Ability to engage and inspire learners aged 16-18+

Responsibilities

• Teach across a range of courses from Level 1 to Level 5 in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, including EAL/ BTEC Foundation, Diplomas, Extended Diplomas and Higher National Certificates and Diplomas in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
