Job summary

N Family Club, located in Wimbledon, is seeking an Early Years Educator for lunch cover. The ideal candidate will inspire learning, support daily routines, and nurture creativity among children. Responsibilities include creating development-focused activity plans and building strong relationships with families. What you’ll be doing…

• Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
• Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
  

Our Early Years Educators should have...

• Experience working with children in an early years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
• A team player with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
