Job summary

Brewers Decorator Centre in St Erth is hiring a Part-Time Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties. You will support day-to-day branch operations, make local deliveries, and provide excellent customer service to store customers. Training will be provided for product knowledge and selling techniques.

The role is 20 hours per week, with a salary of £14,067 per annum, plus company pension and benefits. Experience in decorating products is not required, as full training will be given.

• Able to work in a busy retail environment.
• Willing to learn and progress in the decorating products sector.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around St Erth.
• Provide exceptional in-branch service to customers.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and knowledge of paint/rem, decor items.
• Mix paint for customers and process specialist orders.
• Support stock maintenance and unload deliveries.
• Merchandise seasonal items to boost visibility and sales.
