Prospect – Bectu Sector – Wales is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead CULT Cymru’s learning provision, including the Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme. The postholder will develop strategic partnerships, secure funding and provide leadership to realise CULT Cymru’s vision of fairer, healthier, and more inclusive Wales’ creative industries.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CULT Cymru’s learning provision including the Mental Health and Wellbeing Programme.
• Develop strategic partnerships, secure funding and provide leadership to realise CULT Cymru’s vision of fairer, healthier, and more inclusive Wales’ creative industries.
• Collaborate with CULT Cymru staff, unions, advisory groups, employers, Welsh Government and stakeholders; embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and sustainable practices.
