Job summary

B&Q Limited is seeking a Store Delivery Driver on a part-time basis (3 days, 28.5 hours per week) for a 3‑month fixed term contract. You will drive a 3.5 ton van on multi-drop deliveries and assist on the shopfloor with order fulfilment, using new technology to support colleagues and ensure on-time deliveries.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is required, with an emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) for at least 1 year with no more than 6 points.
• Great communicator who can plan clearly under busy conditions.
• Organised and analytical thinking; ability to keep processes simple.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries in a 3.5 ton van including multi-drop to customers’ homes.
• Assist on shopfloor with fulfilling customer orders and supporting colleagues.
