Job summary

Aldi is seeking a frontline team member in a store environment to deliver friendly customer service, stock and merchandise shelves, and operate tills with accuracy. Shifts can start early and finish late, reflecting store hours in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, flexible, and able to work on their feet in a busy environment. No formal retail experience required, but a positive attitude is essential and helpful to the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
