Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a part-time customer service assistant at our Gloucester location. You will work in a fast-paced wholesale/retail environment, handling cash and supporting paypoint operations to ensure customers are served quickly and accurately.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and a willingness to go the extra mile while maintaining presentation and punctuality. This is a 5/7 day operation with some early starts and weekend work likely.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wholesale or Retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
