About the Role
Part‑time Customer Service Advisor at HOOK. 20‑25 hrs per week. Permanent.
What You'll Do
- Sales Support: Receive and process sales inquiries and quotations with precision and efficiency.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM database, capturing important sales and technical data to support decision‑making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Office Manager and Directors to suggest and implement procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to deliver authoritative technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Interdepartmental Support: Foster relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner and strong communication abilities to effectively connect with customers.
- Initiative & Organisation: A proactive approach with the ability to organise tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, and ACT or similar databases.
- Work Ethic: A conscientious approach to work, with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Team Player: The capability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
