What You'll Do
  • Sales Support: Receive and process sales inquiries and quotations with precision and efficiency.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM database, capturing important sales and technical data to support decision‑making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Office Manager and Directors to suggest and implement procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to deliver authoritative technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Foster relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
